Nancy Lee
“Social Marketing: Why Is It So Hard and What Are 15 Principles to Make It Easier?”
Nancy Lee is the President of Social Marketing Services, Inc. She has more than 25 years of professional marketing experience. She is the former Director of Marketing for Rainier Bank and former Director of Marketing for Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle. She has been a guest lecturer at the University of Capetown in South Africa, the Health Advisory Board in Singapore and this past fall at Oxford University.
She has consulted with more than 100 non-profit organizations and has participated in the development of more than 50 social marketing campaign strategies for public sector agencies in Washington state. She has coauthored four books with world renowned marketer and author Philip Kotler on Social Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility and Marketing in the Public Sector.
